  • MOTI SANSKARACHEY

Youth in the age group of 16 to 25 at the Worli Village were directionless and without gainful employment. They were already or were likely to become miscreant and social nuisances. A project was planned to bring to a sense of responsibility to these youth to identify their core competency and train them on basic behavior in organizations.

"Moti Sanskarachey" is a Rotary Club of Bombay Worli Project highlighting the importance of "NAUKRI AND ZIMMEDARI" i.e. job and responsibility.

Mr. Mahendra Ingle of Gold Culture completed a six month program with the youth with a simple goal "to make them successful individually and collectively and to plan and achieve common targets".

Five M.Tech students from VJTI also supported him in the program.

At the end of the program several participants were offered jobs at organizations like Domino's etc.
